Every match of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will be streamed live, exclusive and free for all fans in Australia on Prime Video. This marks the second consecutive ICC women's tournament offered free to Australian fans via Prime Video, following Prime Video’s success in making the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 freely available.
To watch matches on Prime Video, which is available on thousands of connected devices including Smart TVs, streaming devices like Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku & Chromecast, games consoles, mobile devices and on the web, all fans will need is an Amazon account—no payment is required.
Twelve sides will compete in the 10th edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup tournament. Starting with the group stages on Saturday 13 June, Prime Video offers fans a front-row seat to one of the biggest and fastest-growing tournaments in global women’s sport. The tournament will be held in Wales and England with the final being played at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on Sunday July 5.
The six-time champion Australian team enters this year’s ICC Women’s T20 World Cup tournament with its sights firmly set on winning back the coveted trophy from current champions New Zealand who won in 2024.
The Australian Women’s Cricket team will be led by star all-rounder and new captain Sophie Molineux, who took over the reins from Alyssa Healy in January this year. The upcoming tournament marks Sophie’s first international tournament as skipper.
“There’s always huge excitement around an ICC T20 World Cup and our group is really looking forward to the opportunity ahead.” said Australian Women’s Cricket Captain Sophie Molineux. “Having every match available free on Prime Video is massive for fans back home - hopefully, we can put on a show and make the country proud.”
The excitement will unfold across 33 matches, with the Aussies kicking off their campaign on June 13 against South Africa. The Semi-Finals will begin on July 2, before the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 Final is played on July 5.
“Prime Video is proud to make the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 freely available to all Australians,” said Alexandra Gilbert, head of content at Prime Video Australia and New Zealand. “We saw firsthand the passion for women’s cricket in Australia when we made the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2025 free for fans, and we’re committed to building on that momentum. From premium originals to live sport, we’re building Prime Video into a true entertainment destination—bringing a wide selection of premium programming together in one place—and making this tournament free ensures even more Australians can experience it. We wish the Australian women’s team all the best as they strive for their seventh ICC Women’s T20 World Cup title.”
Fans looking to catch up on past action can access free 10- or 25-minute highlights exclusively on Prime Video, or watch a full match replay available immediately after the final ball. Cricket fans who join the live broadcast late will be able to use the ‘Rapid Recap’ feature to watch a highlights reel of the game’s best moments so far and they will be subsequently taken to the up-to-date live coverage, ensuring they don’t miss a single wicket.
