On June 29, Dave Clark, SVP Operations sent a message to our front-line operations teams, announcing a special one-time Thank You bonus totaling over U.S.$500 million to show appreciation for the incredible journey they have been on over the past few months.
All front-line employees and partners, who were with the company throughout the month of June (June 1 – June 30, 2020), will receive a bonus in local currency of:
- AU$1,000 for front-line Associates
- AU$2,000 for all front-line Amazon leaders
- AU$300 for each Amazon Flex delivery partner with more than 10 hours in June
Amazon Australia director of Operations, Craig Fuller echoed Dave Clark’s message of thanks: “I’m proud of our team of Amazon Associates and Amazon Flex delivery partners who have remained dedicated to serving our customers so they can stay home and stay safe during this unprecedented time. Thank you for your ongoing commitment.”
